Down 14-7, Cincinnati’s Tawee Walker rushed for a 41-yard gain at the end of the first quarter to get the Bearcats to the Utah 23-yard line, but John Henry Daley stuffed Chance Williams on first down and the Utes forced two Sorsby incompletions.

The UC Bearcats played much of the second half of their Big 12 game against Utah without linebacker Jake Golday.

The three teams ahead of Alabama in the AP top 25 and the coaches poll remained the same. Ohio State, Indiana and Texas A&M maintain the top three spots. Georgia remained No. 5 in the nation. The Bulldogs survived a scare against Florida in Jacksonville on Saturday.

The Big 12 had two teams in the top 10 for the first time in two years and Notre Dame was back in the top 10 after a two-month absence.
