Toronto Blue Jays slugger George Springer was not in the starting lineup for Game 5 of the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday.

Rookie pitcher Trey Yesavage, 22, wrote himself into the series record books with his performance on the mound, striking out 12 Dodgers in seven innings.
