The FBI has arrested the Everman, Texas, woman who is accused of killing her disabled 6-year-old son Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez before fleeing the country for India in 2023, FBI Director Kash Patel announced Wednesday. Cindy Rodriguez-Singh was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List last month, the Star-Telegram previously reported.
Cindy Rodriguez Singh faces charges in the death of her 6-year-old son, Noel, who was reported missing in March 2023.
