Fans, drivers and celebrities at the British Grand Prix faced a chaotic race when downpours hit Silverstone on Sunday. In front of record crowds of 168,000 people on Sunday and 500,000 over the weekend, Lando Norris claimed victory for Mclaren.

The winner’s trophy was inspired by the iconic gold Royal Automobile Club trophy, comprising 2,717 bricks and weighing over two kilos, while the second and third place trophies had red and blue detailing as a nod to the Union Flag. Further activations between Formula 1 and Lego are planned for later in the year.

Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton missed out on a podium finish in the race after rainy conditions and several safety car interventions.
