Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) was announced as Trump’s pick for leading the Justice Department on Wednesday—surprising many Republicans in Washington. Republican Rep. Max Miller (Ohio) said he does not think Gaetz will be confirmed by the Senate, adding that he is not the only lawmaker “happy” the lower chamber would be rid of him.
