Chiefs' Andy Reid had a terrifying close after a bullet was fired into his office while he was working late at the team’s practice facility.

A bullet broke glass and entered Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid’s office while he was at work last year, according to a report published Wednesday. The bullet missed Reid by about 15 feet and was lodged in a wall between Reid’s bathroom and the entry door to his office, the Kansas City Star reported. No one was injured in the May 2024 incident.

Chiefs president Mark Donovan said the organization called upon its “protocols and processes” after a bullet went through a glass window in Andy Reid’s office in May 2024.
