The new Ford Expedition has landed, along with its long-wheelbase Expedition MAX sibling, and with it a host of updates that make it an even more capable, versatile vehicle. Up-to-date technology, new off-roading equipment and the addition of a new trim make the lineup more family-friendly than ever.

The new Expedition, which is first being teased with a drone light show today in Texas, looks like it has only the left half of Lincoln’s 48-inch pillar-to-pillar panoramic display, leaving behind just a 24-inch panel for the Expedition.

The 2025 Ford Expedition enters its fifth generation with a large media screen, EcoBoost-only power, and a clamshell tailgate. The all-new Expedition will pack 3.5 liters of turbocharged V6 under the hood but has two power levels. Ford expects ’25 Expeditions to arrive at dealer lots in spring 2025.
