Vikings quarterback Max Brosmer was predicted to make the initial 53-man roster over veterans Sam Howell and Brett Rypien after the team's preseason finale.

As much as the Gophers prepared him for the future, however, Brosmer still briefly felt like his head was spinning shortly after signing with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent. There was a position meeting early in rookie minicamp, in particular, during which Brosmer vividly remembers being astounded by the way O’Connell talked about the game.

The Vikings fell to the Titans on Friday night, but the main story is that Brosmer continues to look like a stud.
