The Centre for Ottoman Studies is an interdisciplinary centre dedicated to the study of the Ottoman Empire and its legacies in post-Ottoman societies.

The SOAS Centre for the study of Japanese religions was founded in 1999 by a generous donation from the International Shinto Foundation.

The Foundation College at SOAS provides courses leading on to further study.

The Centre for Development, Environment and Policy brings together staff with strong but diverse specialist skills addressing major global challenges.

SOAS Archives & Special Collections has contributed material from the Library’s unique archives, manuscript and rare books collections towards a range of local, national and international exhibitions.
