The Devaughn Vele trade between the Denver Broncos and the New Orleans Saints may tell us that the Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to add to the wide receiver position. The Broncos recently traded wide receiver Devaughn Vele to the Saints in return for a 2026 fourth-round pick and a 2027 seventh-round pick.

Peoples-Jones was officially released on Thursday, a day after the Saints traded a fourth and sixth-round draft pick to the Denver Broncos for Vele. Peoples-Jones did not have a catch in either of the Saints' first two preseason games.
