The toes are disturbing...if it wasn't for the strength of other aspects of her feet (gorgeous arches), I'd rate them much, much lower. Honestly ugly toes.

Miley is so hard to rate, she's a beautiful woman and her feet are so pretty in a lot of pics like this one, but in many other her toes are messed up. An other example of 4.5 stars in my opinion.
