A habitat improvement project means better fishing on the Weber River. The Judd and McMichael Walk-in Access areas near Hoytsville are where the project happened. This stretch of river is a great place to catch brown trout, mountain whitefish and an occasional rainbow. The land is private, but it’s open to public anglers through agreements with the landowners. Please respect the property, and have fun fishing on it! The project involved placing 40 large trees uprooted during the HWY 89 expansion
