The raku firing went well this last go-around. No dropped pumpkins this time... or anything dropped for that matter. You'll also see I listened to my wife (and the internet) and am wearing more protective gear this time. Usually, the raku firings are like this one shown here – quick, but successful, and seamless. Sometimes you'll hear me and my wife talking throughout the process. Since you have to go quickly, communication is key. However, it's best to stay calm and collected. Watch to the end
