They’ll likely have the name of the maker near their base 👀 One of the major suppliers was the Carron Iron Company, based in Stirlingshire. Other foundries in Scotland that made post boxes include Macfarlane & Co. (Glasgow), McDowall Steven & Co. (Glasgow & later Falkirk), the Lion Foundry (Kirkintilloch), and Machan Engineering
