Another successful pull session. 6x6 @ 195kg today ✅. Sets 1-4 were pretty comfortable, 5 & 6 were tough as the volume built up (Video is 5th set). Was suppose to stick to 3mins rest between sets but increased that to 4mins between sets 5 and 6 to mentally get myself ready for it. Last wednesday I was doing a circuit class, I was fully warm, but tore my bicep flipping the tyre very early on.
